Explainable AI for sex differences in cerebral blood flow
Perfusion XAI is the companion project for our bioRxiv preprint, Data-Driven Identification of Sex Differences in Cerebral Blood Flow Using Arterial Spin Labelling and Explainable Artificial Intelligence.
Using arterial spin labelling (ASL) data from 215 healthy young adults in the I See your Brains cohort, the work studies sex differences in cerebral blood flow and uses explainable machine learning to identify the brain regions that contribute to prediction.
